I engaged Reza to undertake an inspection of our pool as we had missed lodging our form 23 as required by Council and they advised it needed to be lodged in a week. Reza came out the next day and immediately advised what we needed to fix to achieve compliance. He then undertook a secondary inspection once we had rectified the issues and immediately sent us the required form. All within a week! We were very impressed with his responsiveness, timeliness and professionalism.
